I enjoy visiting farmers, understanding their operation and providing recommendations. Spraytec offered me the opportunity to expand their global presence to the Australian market. Promoting new chemistry has been both challenging and rewarding, and I’m excited to see how we evolve. Currently employed as a Business Development Manager, I’m responsible for initiating industry collaboration, integrating strategic commercial approaches, marketing endeavours, and supporting our sales team. My role allows me to interact across all levels of industry. The challenge of introducing new chemistry to the Australian market is highly unique, and one that continues to motivate me. “Science has always been fascinating to me. Coinciding ideally with my interest in agriculture, I completed a specialised agriculture degree at the University of the Philippines. Since immigrating to Australia, I have worked in research and development, managing technical agronomic functions and overseeing solution trials for APVMA registration. Through my role with Spraytec, I am given the opportunity to expand and improve our knowledge base through specialised trial facilitation, complete data analysis and sales team technical assistance. To balance out the demands of work, in my free time I like to play the drums or basketball, learn languages, and spend time with loved ones.”

Ever since graduating from the University of Adelaide in Agricultural Science, I have worked on both sides of the retail counter. Since leaving retail I have worked as a territory sales manager in nutrition and bio-stimulants. Along the way I have developed skills in interpreting research and communicating results to clients. Spraytec offers the opportunity to introduce novel formulations and technically complex products to the Australian agriculture market, both in broadacre and horticulture. Outside of work I enjoy walking our Dog ‘Ruby’ the occasional hit of golf, cycling and aviation.”

During my time at university, I gained valuable hands-on experience working on broadacre and cotton farms in northern NSW. After graduating, I completed a year as a graduate agronomist where I got to work closely with growers and built my knowledge in the paddock. I’m excited to keep learning, supporting farmers with real, practical solutions, and staying connected with the industry I love. Outside of work, I’m usually catching up with family and friends, hiking somewhere new, heading to a live gig, or keeping houseplants alive (or at least trying to).”
